Camberwell Grammar School is committed to Child Safety. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate behaviours when engaging with children and where appropriate be able to demonstrate experience working with children. Applicants will have the opportunity to indicate their understanding of, or any experience they have in working with children with diverse needs and/or backgrounds.
Mandatory Checks
Police Checks: All successful candidates are required to undertake criminal records checks. The criminal records checks cover all countries of citizenship and for each country in which the individual has lived for 12 months or longer over the past five years (or more).
Working With Children Checks: All successful candidates must obtain and provide a valid Working with Children Check.
The provision of these documents is at the candidates own expense. The requirement for criminal records checks allows people to self-select out of the process if they wish to do so.
MUSIC SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Music department as Music School Administration Manager. Reporting to the Director of Music this role is responsible for overseeing the administration activities of the Music School. You will have responsibility for all admin processes ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Music School administration so that our talented Music staff can focus on providing the best service possible to our students.
This role is permanent, full time (including School holidays) with an ASAP start date. If you have previous experience as an Administration / Office Manager and have previously worked in administration roles within a School environment this could be the perfect role for you!

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and outgoing Administration superstar to join our Development Office as Community Engagement Coordinator.
The Development Office exists to raise funds and friends for Camberwell Grammar School (CGS).
The role will primarily assist the Director of Development with the day-to-day administrative and database tasks that contribute towards the achievement of the Development Office goals as well as assisting with developing and maintaining strong connections with all parties of the CGS community.
