Configure Outlook for CGS email

Microsoft Outlook is part of the Office suite.

To install Office, Mac users will use Self Service and Windows will use Company Portal.

Mac

  • Open Microsoft Outlook
  • Click Sign In
  • Type in Username and Password when prompted
  • Click Sign in
  • Turn on Intelligent Services if required
  • Click Start Using Outlook
  • Click on your email address-It will be automatically populated
  • Click Done
  • Set up is complete

Windows

  • Open Microsoft Outlook
  • If this is your first time running Outlook click Close on the Privacy Option screen
  • Type in email address when prompted then click Connect
  • Type in password and then click Sign in
  • Unselect Allow my organization to manage my device
  • Click on This app only
  • Unselect Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too and then Done
  • Set up is complete
