You can schedule a future one-time meeting or a future recurring meeting. There are several ways to schedule a meeting. You can invite your participants ahead of time and include the invitation on a calendar or send it out via email.
Below are instruction to schedule a meeting with Zoom.
- In your preferred browser go to cgsvic.zoom.us
- Click Sign in
- When prompted type in you school username and password then Sign in
- Click on Schedule a Meeting
- Fill in details as required for your meeting. Here you set the time and meeting name along with other options as required.
- Click Save
- To send an invite, click on Copy the invitation and paste into a new email.
- Scheduled meeting may be started by clicking on the Meetings tab and then clicking on Start
