How to schedule a meeting

You can schedule a future one-time meeting or a future recurring meeting. There are several ways to schedule a meeting. You can invite your participants ahead of time and include the invitation on a calendar or send it out via email.

Below are instruction to schedule a meeting with Zoom.

  • In your preferred browser go to
  • Click Sign in
  • When prompted type in you school username and password then Sign in
  • Click on Schedule a Meeting
  • Fill in details as required for your meeting. Here you set the time and meeting name along with other options as required.
  • Click Save
  • To send an invite, click on Copy the invitation and paste into a new email.
  • Scheduled meeting may be started by clicking on the Meetings tab and then clicking on Start
