How to Share Files and Folders on Google Drive

You can share the files and folders that you store in Google Drive with anyone in the School.

When you share from Google Drive, you can control whether people can edit, comment on, or only view the file.

  • Go to drive.google.com and sign in with you school credentials
  • Right click the file/folder to share and click share
  • Under People type in the email address you want to share with
  • To choose how a person can use the file/folder, click the Down arrow 
  • Click Send
