Last Friday, Year 7 students took part in the inaugural Middle School BODi Day. This day was designed to provide the boys with an opportunity to experience activities that enhance mental health.

On the day the boys learnt about balancing their lifestyle, with experienced instructors on hand to give workshops on Yoga, Pilates, Spin, Boot Camp, Ti Chi and Kung Fu. Seminars on Nutrition and Gaming were also run as part of the program.

All the presenters spoke glowingly of the way that the boys took part in each of the activities, demonstrating maturity well beyond their years. A huge thank you to the organising committee led by Ms Elizabeth Grant.
