September Music Concert

There is nothing that can bring our School community together like the power of music. While it is sometimes challenging to keep weekly practice commitments, it is the regularity with which our ensembles come together that gives the boys the warm camaraderie, confidence and skills to mount large scale performances such as last Wednesday's Music Concert.

Congratulations to everyone involved in the magnificent Music Concert last Wednesday night in the Performing Arts Centre. The range and quality of the performances was extraordinary and it was a privilege to be a part of it. The program allowed Camberwell Grammar School to showcase the extraordinary range of musical talent that we have across the School with over 400 students performing on stage. It was great to see the very large number of School families who supported the performers by forming the capacity audience.

Our Director of Music, Mr Ben Bishop and his members of the Music School staff have done an enormous amount of work over many months, and the School is fortunate to have such talented staff in our Music School who bring out the very best in our musicians. Also, congratulations and thank you to all of our musicians under the Captain of Music, Sebastian Csutoros, on a most memorable evening of music.
