Capital Works PMO/ State Manager at Mirvac VIC, WA, and ACT
Anita Louey is a seasoned property and construction professional with over 20 years of experience delivering major capital works across commercial, retail, and industrial assets. As the Capital Works PMO State Manager for VIC, WA, and ACT at Mirvac, she oversees over $100 million in annual upgrades, with a focus on asset repositioning, sustainability, asset technology and long-term performance.
Anita has held senior roles at AMP Capital and Lend Lease, delivering landmark projects including the 55 Collins repositioning, Collins Place electrical modernisation and the heritage restoration works at 425 Collins Street. Her international experience includes providing technical expertise in sustainability in the Middle East, contributing to LEED-certified developments and winning the Lend Lease Employee Excellence Sustainability Award in London. Anita holds degrees in Architecture, Property and Construction Management, and Planning and Design from the University of Melbourne and has been accredited by both Green Star (Australia) and LEED (USA).
Recognised for her leadership in Diversity and Inclusion, Anita received the NAWIC D&I Award on behalf of JLL Victoria in 2017. She also mentors for the Social Traders supplier development program, supporting Indigenous social enterprises.
Anita joined the Camberwell Grammar School Council in February 2025.
