Joel is Chief Financial Officer of Kmart Group, a division of Wesfarmers, and holds Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) and Master of Commerce (Finance) degrees from the University of New South Wales.
Joel has spent more than 25 years as a finance executive across investment banking and private equity sectors. In 2009 he co-founded corporate advisory firm Fort Street Advisers, before joining Wesfarmers in 2023.
Joel joined the Camberwell Grammar School Council in 2026 and is a member of the School Council’s Finance Committee and a Director of the School Foundation.
