Nicola held roles as the Registrar/Director of Admissions across coeducation and single-sex boys and girls schools. She was a member of the team who managed the transition from single-sex girls to coeducation at Kilvington Grammar School. Prior to working in education, Nicola held administration roles in various not-for-profit organisations and corporate companies.
