Chris is a finance and governance professional and a Master of Corporate Law.
A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD), the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (FCA), CPA Australia (FCPA), and Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA).
After an earlier career in public practice, Chris held executive/leadership roles in Finance and Corporate Services (Executive GM, CFO and Company Secretary) – spanning retail/wholesale, health, banking, IT, and Not-For-Profit at companies including Mitre 10, Care Connect, Gribbles, Affinity Health, Colonial and Computershare.
Chris has also held Director and/or Company Secretary positions with numerous Public, Listed, and NFP boards including Coventry Group, Spotless, Godfreys, Reconnexion, Korowa Anglican Girls’ School, and Kingston Heath Golf Club and has served on the State Councils of both Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and Governance Institute of Australia.
Chris is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the Bjarne K Dahl Trust (Eucalypt Australia), a philanthropic investment fund focusing on the conservation of, research into, and education relating to Australian eucalypt.
